You can check mobbin.design and saasui.design and break them down yourself. Also best practises are never great if it doesnt work for you. So adapt. Hey I would suggest you start looking at the website mobbin.design - It should really help you identify what modern apps are looking like. In addition it allows you to filter screens by the different elements that they contain, which is very useful when you are creating a similiar product.
