Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

We hear all customer feedback and build solutions on top of that. If you are not happy with our competitors you can always message us and we'll have that feature in our product.

How would you describe your primary audience?

Asnap's answer:

Anybody looking to build SOPs for your team to stop repeating mundane tasks again and again. A SaaS founder looking to build knowledge base for their product to bridge the customer knowledge gap using how-to-guides.

What's the story behind your product?

Asnap's answer:

When I was building a knowledge base in my previous companies. I always felt there was a lot of juggling between tools involved to create a helpful guide. Had to take screenshots manually and edit & annotate them on a tool and publish it on the platform.

There's no central repository for doing all these things. That's when the idea of Asnap born.
