Not to worry I'll provide some clarity. I edit my video in Adobe premiere & edit my photos in lightroom. I use an app called unfolded to create my reels, they have a pack called highlights which I use to make my slide shows. I typically use the fourth one. It's not as monolithic as you'd think. There are lots of engines out there but their communities aren't very vocal compared to Unity, Unreal, and especially Godot's community.
