It is very well built with simplicity in mind. There are several themes and all of them look amazing. I love the "typewriter" and "focus" mode. In contrast with other apps that focus the current window and remove all visibility options, Typora goes one step ahead and fades down all other paragraphs as well.
Based on our record, Typora should be more popular than Lapce. It has been mentiond 94 times since March 2021. As a Neovim afficionado - I think you lose some credibility recommending it as an alternative to VSCode and Sublime. They're different beasts. I imagine a lot of people would be immediately turned off if they were expecting a VSCode/Sublime-like editing experience. I've recently started using [Lace](https://lapce.dev/) as a sort of barebones VSCode alternative and I find it nice for the hobbyist use case.
