It is very well built with simplicity in mind. There are several themes and all of them look amazing. I love the "typewriter" and "focus" mode. In contrast with other apps that focus the current window and remove all visibility options, Typora goes one step ahead and fades down all other paragraphs as well.
Based on our record, Typora seems to be a lot more popular than DASH. While we know about 94 links to Typora, we've tracked only 8 mentions of DASH. Genuinely WYSIWYG. Typora is the one that established this way of working and is still the cleanest version of it, for a single person writing prose. MarkText is the open-source answer to it and is free. - Source: dev.to / 14 days ago
Option 2: Dedicated markdown app.Typora, Obsidian, or similar. Better editing experience, but now you're context-switching between your code editor and your docs editor. Copy-pasting paths, losing mental context, duplicating effort. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago

1 : Misleading title (there is no actual security breach at dash.org). Source: over 4 years ago
Please see my post history here on reddit and on the dash.org forum. Much has already been written on the subject. Source: over 4 years ago
During Ryan's tenure at Dash, he has managed to rid the official website https://dash.org/ of any mention of the word privacy or PrivateSend, our brand. Not content with that, he took it a step further and single handedly made the decision to de-brand PrivateSend from the wallets, the codebase and the Dash documentation. This was a decision not consulted with the network, merely relayed to 'us' as important and... Source: over 4 years ago
