The focus has stayed the same: fast, local-first text expansion that works in every Mac app.

Customer support and sales teams who need approved reply templates inside their CRM or ticketing tool. HR and recruiting teams managing consistent onboarding and job posting language. Developers inserting boilerplate, terminal commands, and PR templates. Marketing teams keeping claims, links, and prompts consistent across channels. AI power users who store prompt templates as shortcuts and fire them into ChatGPT, Claude, or any other tool instantly. And compliance-sensitive organizations in legal, financial, and medical services where standardized language is non-negotiable. Individual Mac power users are a core audience too.
