And also the weird thing that I saw is when you go take their survey so they can take your commission, they sent you to a weird ”typeform.com” link which apparently is a website that allowed them to have a web based platform they can use to create surveys without needing to...   Try out remote.co or indeed.com, and search for remote. Some places have no restrictions on where they hire, and some will be state-specific. Amazon, Home Depot, most of the credit card companies, TTEC, you'd be surprised how many places hire remotely. Most of them will supply you with some, if not all of the equipment that you need.
