Twitter Mark is local-first: synced X/Twitter bookmarks and likes, indexes, tags, settings, and history stay in your browser's local database instead of a hosted archive. Sync is read-only—it never posts, likes, follows, or removes items for you. It combines incremental/full sync, search, filters, custom tags, resumable background jobs, and JSON backup/restore in one Chrome extension.

It was built to turn bookmarks and likes into a fast, searchable local archive while preserving privacy and user control. The result is a read-only Chrome extension with tagging, filters, resilient sync, and JSON backup and restore.

Twitter Mark's Chrome extension is built with TypeScript, React, WXT, and Dexie on top of IndexedDB. It uses a Manifest V3 browser-extension architecture and stores archive data locally. The commercial companion site uses React and TypeScript on Cloudflare Workers, with Stripe handling one-time Pro purchases.
