Thanks for sharing this. I was actually looking for this type of content as I am considering opening my own startup in the near future. I would suggest though the addition of Twake to the list. I haven't tried this yet but it looks like a promising alternative for Nextcloud with a heavy focus on team and group share. It has calendars, task lists, a shared drive, and even a chat setup if you need it: https://twake.app/. Source: about 4 years ago
With regard to encryption tools, I use AxCrypt, which is cross-platform, but isn't free in that form. It would though encrypt each file in-place, without need for a dedicated folder or vault and encrypted file will sync with OneDrive, via the standard sync client. It would also allow you to share encrypted files with others, without giving them your encryption password. Source: over 4 years ago
