PulseIQ is website analytics for people who've never found Google Analytics useful. Instead of raw dashboards, it sends a weekly report written in plain English: what happened on your site, three ranked action items to fix, and what's working well. Setup takes about 2 minutes on WordPress (dedicated plugin), Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify (short code snippet). Free tier available with no credit card required; paid tiers add weekly reports, uptime monitoring, and an AI chat you can ask questions of directly.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing TryPulseIQ and WebSTAT.

What makes your product unique?

TryPulseIQ's answer

Instead of a dashboard you have to interpret, PulseIQ sends a plain-English report every Monday explaining exactly what happened on your site and what to fix - built for small business owners, not analysts.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

TryPulseIQ's answer

Most analytics tools show you data and leave you to figure out what it means. PulseIQ does the interpretation for you, in writing, with ranked action items - so there's nothing to learn and nothing to configure.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

TryPulseIQ's answer

Small business owners, sole traders, and local service businesses - tradespeople, clinics, salons, therapists - who have a website but no marketing team or analytics background. Also used by web designers and agencies managing client sites.

What's the story behind your product?

TryPulseIQ's answer

Built by Blank Canvas Digital, a web design and SEO studio in Leeds, after seeing how many small business clients had Google Analytics installed but never once opened it because it felt too complex to be useful.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

TryPulseIQ's answer

Node.js and Express on the backend, Supabase for data, Cloudflare for hosting, and Claude AI to generate the weekly reports.
