Trello
Outwrite.comWe've been using Trello for about a year to keep our team tasks in order. Getting started was honestly a breeze - the kanban board is super intuitive and everyone got it within minutes. Moving cards around, adding checklists, and dropping files into cards just feels natural. But as our projects got more complex, we started bumping into limits pretty fast. There's no real sprint planning out of the box, reporting is basically nonexistent, and the free plan's 10-board limit sneaks up on you. We ended up paying for stuff that feels like it should be included. Still, for visual task tracking and small-to-mid workflows it's hard to beat.
Trello makes project management feel effortless. Its board-and-card setup is intuitive, letting you organize tasks and track progress with just a glance. The free plan is generous, and Power-Ups add extra muscle when your projects grow. While it’s not loaded with advanced features like some competitors, its simplicity and flexibility make it a go-to tool for teams and individuals alike.
Trello excels as a task planning tool, and I appreciate its user-friendly interface, especially when using it on a smartphone. Its mobile app is incredibly convenient, allowing me to stay organized and connected on the go. I appreciate how it streamlines collaboration without unnecessary complexities.
You can enhance your company's communications with Outwrite. Their AI writing assistant is more than just a grammar checker — it helps turn ideas into powerful sentences.
Professionals can use Outwrite to paraphrase text, strengthen vocabulary, detect passive voice, correct spelling and grammar mistakes, and improve readability.

Our world has more Todo lists than anyone could count, however, my ready-to-go solution is still Trello when it's time to track my tasks. It's easy to use, colorful, simple and user-friendly without being bloated. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago

The weird thing is that we accepted online-first or even online-only note taking apps. I used to be a huge fan of Trello and later Notion, but their online-first nature ended up getting in the way. Nowadays I just use a very simple system of templated Markdown files. I'm even considering trying out Org-mode (outside emacs, I'm a vim type of guy). - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago

Trello’s visual boards remain intuitive, but its AI features now make tracking and communication smarter. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago
A friend started a AI to improve writing (https://outwrite.com) and when the initially started, they had a detect plagiarism feature that teachers could use, I think they stopped developing that eventually. If I recall correctly, the way it worked was to build up a model of this persons writing, and how it compared to to other people, and then would measure the likelihood that sentences and paragraphs matched the... - Source: Hacker News / over 5 years ago
