ModelStruct is an operations and management platform built specifically for creator agencies.
It gives agencies one central place to manage their models, teams, tasks, content submissions and day-to-day workflows instead of spreading operations across messaging apps, cloud storage, spreadsheets and generic project management tools.
Agencies can create and assign tasks to models, track their progress, receive content submissions directly through the platform and review submitted content. Content can be approved or changes can be requested, creating a structured workflow between the agency and its models.
ModelStruct also provides tools for organizing agency teams with roles and permissions, managing content, tracking activity and keeping agency operations organized as the number of models and team members grows.
The platform is designed primarily for small and growing creator agencies that want a dedicated operations system rather than adapting general-purpose tools such as spreadsheets, Notion, Trello or traditional project management software.
ModelStruct is web-based and can be accessed by agency owners, team members and models through their respective accounts.

ModelStruct is built specifically for creator agency operations. Instead of adapting generic project management tools, agencies can manage models, assign content tasks, collect photo and video submissions, review content, request changes and organize their team in one dedicated platform.
ModelStruct's answer:
ModelStruct combines the workflows creator agencies typically spread across project management tools, messaging apps, cloud storage and spreadsheets. Tasks, models, content submissions, approvals and team permissions are connected in one workflow designed specifically for creator agencies.
ModelStruct's answer:
ModelStruct is designed for small and growing creator management agencies that manage multiple models and team members. It is particularly useful for agencies looking for a structured way to coordinate tasks, content submissions, approvals and internal operations.
ModelStruct's answer:
ModelStruct was created after seeing how creator agencies often manage their daily operations across multiple disconnected tools such as messaging apps, cloud storage, spreadsheets and general-purpose project management software. The goal is to provide one structured platform built around the actual workflow between an agency, its team and its models.
We've been using Trello for about a year to keep our team tasks in order. Getting started was honestly a breeze - the kanban board is super intuitive and everyone got it within minutes. Moving cards around, adding checklists, and dropping files into cards just feels natural. But as our projects got more complex, we started bumping into limits pretty fast. There's no real sprint planning out of the box, reporting is basically nonexistent, and the free plan's 10-board limit sneaks up on you. We ended up paying for stuff that feels like it should be included. Still, for visual task tracking and small-to-mid workflows it's hard to beat.
Trello makes project management feel effortless. Its board-and-card setup is intuitive, letting you organize tasks and track progress with just a glance. The free plan is generous, and Power-Ups add extra muscle when your projects grow. While it’s not loaded with advanced features like some competitors, its simplicity and flexibility make it a go-to tool for teams and individuals alike.
Trello excels as a task planning tool, and I appreciate its user-friendly interface, especially when using it on a smartphone. Its mobile app is incredibly convenient, allowing me to stay organized and connected on the go. I appreciate how it streamlines collaboration without unnecessary complexities.
Based on our record, Trello seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 248 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Our world has more Todo lists than anyone could count, however, my ready-to-go solution is still Trello when it's time to track my tasks. It's easy to use, colorful, simple and user-friendly without being bloated. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago

The weird thing is that we accepted online-first or even online-only note taking apps. I used to be a huge fan of Trello and later Notion, but their online-first nature ended up getting in the way. Nowadays I just use a very simple system of templated Markdown files. I'm even considering trying out Org-mode (outside emacs, I'm a vim type of guy). - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago

Trello’s visual boards remain intuitive, but its AI features now make tracking and communication smarter. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago
