Capturable is an AI production studio, not a clip generator.
Most "AI video" tools hand you a beautiful 5-second clip and leave you to assemble the actual film by hand โ and the character's face changes in every shot. Capturable finishes the job.
Write a script (or a one-line idea). Capturable plans the scenes, generates them with the same character throughout, and gives you a real multi-track timeline to edit, add voiceover and captions, and export a finished, on-brand video. A delivery, not a download folder.
Three things make it different:
โข Finished, not fragments โ one idea becomes a complete production, planned and edited end to end. โข Your cast, every scene โ lock a character once and it stays consistent shot to shot. This is what makes AI video look like your brand instead of a stranger. โข You own the engine โ Capturable Gen 2 is our own self-hosted model for video, image, voice, and music, with smart fallback to leading providers. Your pipeline isn't hostage to anyone else's API pricing or shutdowns.
Built for agencies, e-commerce and DTC brands, creators, and developers. Works on the web, as a desktop app, as a WooCommerce plugin, and as a Claude skill. Higher plans add 4K, API access, and team seats.
Free every week, no credit card โ 20 images and 3 videos on our own model. Start at capturable.ai.

Capturable's answer:
Capturable is an AI production studio, not a clip generator. Most AI video tools hand you a disconnected 5-second clip and wish you luck assembling a video. Capturable takes you from script to finished film: plan the scenes, generate them with characters that stay consistent shot to shot, then edit everything on a real multi-track timeline. It runs on Capturable Gen 2 โ our own self-hosted model on hardware we own โ which is why our free tier actually generates video every week instead of being a "free account" that can't create anything until you pay.
Capturable's answer:
Three reasons. First, you leave with a finished video, not fragments โ script-to-video planning, a storyboard, and a real timeline editor turn one idea into a complete production. Second, character consistency: locked character references and frame-chaining keep your cast identical across every scene โ the thing single-shot tools like Runway, Pika, and Sora can't do. Third, independence: we host our own model (with smart fallback to leading external models), so we're not a reseller who vanishes when a vendor changes prices or shuts off an API. Free every week with no card required; paid plans from $19.99/mo.
Capturable's answer:
We're launching publicly in July 2026, so we're not name-dropping logos yet โ and we won't invent any. Our earliest users are e-commerce brands producing product ads, marketing agencies delivering client video, and independent creators. Ask us again in six months.
Capturable's answer:
Businesses that need video but don't have a production budget: e-commerce and DTC brands turning product photos into scroll-stopping ads, agencies and freelancers delivering client video without hiring a crew, and creators making UGC-style content with consistent characters. Developers can drive it through the API and the Claude skill. And โ deliberately โ everyday people with a cool idea: the free weekly tier exists so anyone can make something real before spending a dollar.
Capturable's answer:
Our founder first attempted an AI video startup years ago and shut it down โ the technology simply wasn't there. When generative video finally crossed the threshold, he went all-in. A software architect who's been programming since age 12 (15 years professionally), he took a leap of faith and bought his own server hardware so "free" could actually mean free: if ChatGPT had charged before the first prompt, it never would have worked. He's 34, raising three daughters, and building Capturable on a long-term belief in the human element โ technology that keeps actors and performers in the picture rather than erasing them, and a company that employs people as it grows.
Capturable's answer:
Capturable runs on a modern, battle-tested stack โ TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL โ but the technology that matters is underneath: Capturable Gen 2, our own generation models running on infrastructure we own and operate. That vertical integration is deliberate. It gives us a structural cost advantage over tools that resell someone else's API, funds a free tier competitors can't afford to copy, and means no single AI vendor can raise our prices or shut us down. An intelligent routing layer also taps leading external video, voice, and image models when a job calls for them, so customers always get the best available result. On top sits the production engine itself โ planning, generation, and a full timeline editor in one integrated pipeline, delivered on web and desktop.
Trello makes project management feel effortless. Its board-and-card setup is intuitive, letting you organize tasks and track progress with just a glance. The free plan is generous, and Power-Ups add extra muscle when your projects grow. While itโs not loaded with advanced features like some competitors, its simplicity and flexibility make it a go-to tool for teams and individuals alike.
Trello excels as a task planning tool, and I appreciate its user-friendly interface, especially when using it on a smartphone. Its mobile app is incredibly convenient, allowing me to stay organized and connected on the go. I appreciate how it streamlines collaboration without unnecessary complexities.
Incorporating Trello into my daily workflow has been a game-changer. It is an incredibly intuitive and versatile tool that has significantly boosted my productivity. What I particularly love about Trello is the visual aspect of its interface - the board and card system makes it easy to visualize my tasks and progress. The ability to create different boards for different projects or areas of work helps to keep everything organized and easy to manage. Adding, moving, and categorizing tasks are just a drag-and-drop away, making it straightforward and efficient. The flexibility to customize each card with due dates, labels, checklists, attachments, and even members has been beneficial in tracking the status of various tasks and deadlines.
he collaborative features are another huge plus. Sharing boards and tasks with colleagues, and being able to comment directly on cards, makes team projects and communication a breeze. On the go, I have found the Trello mobile app to be just as user-friendly and functional as the desktop version, allowing me to stay on top of my tasks no matter where I am. Overall, Trello has proved to be an invaluable tool in managing my daily tasks and enhancing productivity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their workflow.
Based on our record, Trello seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 248 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Our world has more Todo lists than anyone could count, however, my ready-to-go solution is still Trello when it's time to track my tasks. It's easy to use, colorful, simple and user-friendly without being bloated. - Source: dev.to / 2 months ago

The weird thing is that we accepted online-first or even online-only note taking apps. I used to be a huge fan of Trello and later Notion, but their online-first nature ended up getting in the way. Nowadays I just use a very simple system of templated Markdown files. I'm even considering trying out Org-mode (outside emacs, I'm a vim type of guy). - Source: dev.to / 10 months ago
