ToolGalli is a free suite of everyday document tools built for India โ and built differently. Every tool runs entirely inside your web browser, which means your files are never uploaded to any server. Your Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, marksheets and photos are processed on your own device and never leave it.
You don't have to take that on trust. Turn on aeroplane mode, open any tool, and it still works โ something that would be impossible if your file were being sent anywhere.
There are 39 tools and growing: merge, split, compress, unlock, rotate, crop, redact and OCR PDFs; put both sides of an ID card on one page; resize photos and signatures to the exact pixels and KB an exam form demands; add your name and date to a photo the way SSC requires; make passport photos; mask your Aadhaar; generate rent receipts; and calculate income tax, HRA, GST and EMIs. Guided "Form Ready" packs assemble exactly the documents each exam, visa or job application needs.
There is no sign-up, no watermark, no file-size gate, and nothing is paywalled. It works in English and Hindi. It's the cyber-cafรฉ in your pocket โ except nothing ever leaves your hands. Everyday Indians dealing with paperwork: students and job aspirants preparing exam and application forms, people completing bank or KYC formalities, tenants generating rent receipts for HRA, and anyone who would rather not upload their Aadhaar or PAN to an unknown website. Everyday paperwork in India still runs through cyber cafรฉs โ to resize one photo for a form or unlock an eAadhaar PDF, people hand their most personal documents to a stranger's computer, where copies can linger long after they leave. A small independent team in India built ToolGalli to replace that trip: tools that do the job on your own phone and never upload anything. "Galli" means a small neighbourhood lane โ it's the cyber cafรฉ in your pocket, except nothing ever leaves your hands.

ToolGalli runs entirely inside your web browser โ your files are never uploaded to any server. You can prove it in ten seconds: turn on aeroplane mode and the tools still work. Almost every other document tool uploads your file to process it; ToolGalli can't see yours at all, which for sensitive Indian documents like Aadhaar, PAN and bank statements is the whole point.

ToolGalli is a free consumer product with no sign-up, and by design it stores nothing that could identify a user โ so there are no "customers" in the enterprise sense. It's used by students, job applicants, tenants and small professionals across India.
We work in an agency that develops websites mainly in WordPress, and regularly based on our experience over several years of working with multiple clients, we have discovered that one of the main problems between agency-client is communication, which often sometimes is tedious and fruitless, but now with the visual debugger is easy to point in the screen what needs to be changed and do it quickly. Also, we had a problem calculating how much our will cost our services for the customers according to the time spent on their projects but now with the "Time tracking" function, we can know exactly how much time was dedicated to the project and based on that invoice the client with greater certainty.
I think this is a great solution for web designers that needs to clear all visual bugs of a website fast to deliver in less time and get more jobs quickly.
