timetracker.live's answer

What makes your product unique?

timetracker.live's answer

Timetracker.live tracks all 24 hours of your day, not just work. Most time trackers are built for billing clients — they expect gaps and only cover work hours. Timetracker is designed for whole-life tracking: when you stop one activity, you immediately start another, creating a continuous chain with no gaps. Combined with nested activities that roll up time automatically and flexible goals with different schedules for weekdays and weekends, it gives you a complete picture of where your entire life goes — not just your job.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

timetracker.live's answer

Most time trackers like are built for work — projects, clients, billable hours. They're useless for tracking sleep, exercise, family time, or figuring out where your evening went. Timetracker.live is built for your whole life. It tracks all 24 hours with zero gaps, organizes activities in a tree so you get both detail and big-picture stats, and lets you set goals that match real life — like "exercise at least 30 min on weekdays" or "no more than 1 hour of social media daily." Mistakes take one drag to fix instead of five steps. It's free, works on every platform, and syncs in real time.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

timetracker.live's answer

People who want to understand where their entire day goes — not just work hours. Self-improvement enthusiasts, life-balance seekers, and anyone who's ever asked "where does my time go?" and couldn't answer. Not freelancers billing clients, but people tracking their personal life: sleep, exercise, hobbies, family time, and everything in between.

What's the story behind your product?

timetracker.live's answer

I built timetracker.live because every time tracker I tried was either built for billing clients or missing the features I actually needed. I wanted to track my whole day — not just work — but existing tools had flat activity lists with no hierarchy, no meaningful goals beyond simple timers, and no way to easily fix mistakes when I forgot to switch activities. Most only worked well on one device, so I'd lose entries switching between phone and laptop. I built a tracker that solves all of these: nested activities, flexible time goals, one-drag corrections, and real-time sync across every platform.
