Timer Tab XSplitXSplit rocks for streamers. It's like your streaming sidekick - simple, full of cool stuff, and very stable. XSplit is super user-friendly, it's got many powerful plugins for easy streaming, and it plays nice with lots of platforms. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but if you're all about streaming, it's money well spent.
Based on our record, Timer Tab should be more popular than XSplit. It has been mentiond 3 times since March 2021. I don't use a 'method'. I use a timer for stuff I don't want to do. I use timer-tab.com A LOT and I also have one of those visual timers. I don't use it all day, and I don't use it for everything. If I need to do something that is boring as hell, like some routine thing for my job, I just set the timer for 10 or 20 minutes. That's it. There is no point in making it complicated. Timer-tab.com is also great, though you can't embed it in a PPT (at least not easily) - you can set any amount of time, the time will fit your window (great if you need to split the screen), and you can set the background and alarm sound.
