Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing ThriveOS by Thriving Buffalo and Goalee.

What makes your product unique?

ThriveOS by Thriving Buffalo's answer

ThriveOS treats follow-through as a design problem, not a willpower problem. Instead of handing you a blank page, it builds your entire plan, monthly milestones, weekly targets, and today's tasks, from a single 90-day sprint, then keeps it calibrated with an AI coaching engine that actually reads your journals and progress. The same system also runs your daily practice across mind, body, nutrition, and recovery, so everything lives in one place and takes about ten minutes a day.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

ThriveOS by Thriving Buffalo's answer

Most goal and habit apps give you a tracker or a streak counter and leave the planning to you. ThriveOS does the planning: it turns your goals into a structured 90-day sprint with milestones, weekly targets, and daily tasks, then adapts through a coaching engine that reads what you actually wrote. Compared to simple habit trackers (like Strides) or accountability-only tools (like GoalsWon), it combines planning, AI coaching, habit-building, and an accountability circle in one system, all designed to run in about ten minutes a day.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

ThriveOS by Thriving Buffalo's answer

ThriveOS is built for high-achievers who are tired of starting over: ambitious professionals, founders, and operators who have plenty of motivation but lack a system that makes goals stick. It suits people who have tried books, courses, and apps without lasting results and who want structure rather than hype, and who can commit about ten minutes a day to running a focused 90-day sprint.

What's the story behind your product?

ThriveOS by Thriving Buffalo's answer

ThriveOS was created by founder Frank Tilleli, who spent over a decade building systems (CRMs, sales processes, and operational frameworks) that helped companies scale. He kept setting personal goals and losing steam, and realized the problem was structure, not motivation: nothing like the systems he built for business existed for everyday life. So he built one. It started as a framework he ran on himself for three years, then refined with others and captured in a book, ThriveOS: The Reboot, before becoming the app that runs the system today.

Founder's note: the system I built because nothing else made my goals stick

Full disclosure: I'm the founder of ThriveOS, so treat this as the maker's perspective rather than an independent review. I built it because I kept setting goals and losing momentum, and no app gave me structure, only motivation. What I use daily is the 90-day sprint that turns goals into milestones, weekly targets, and a short daily session, plus a coaching engine that actually reads what I journal. It genuinely takes about ten minutes a day. If you want neutral opinions, please read the reviews from actual users rather than this one.

๐Ÿ‘ Pros:    Builds your whole plan for you|Only about ten minutes a day
๐Ÿ‘Ž Cons:    No free tier, only a 7-day trial
