Last year I stumbled upon https://66analytics.com/ and liked it quite a lot. It is very light but covers quite a lot of stuff that I wanted to have. It’s a one time payment but only around $60 I think and does not have any limitations after that. I liked the one time payment idea and that I could just run it on a shared Hoster that I had already around. Source: almost 5 years ago
