E-BookNow is an all-in-one cloud platform for limousine, chauffeur, livery, and private car service companies. It combines limo booking and reservation software with scheduling, dispatch, driver management, payments, customer self-service, and operational reporting.
The Management Dashboard gives owners and dispatchers a central workspace for reservations, clients, drivers, vehicles, offers, communities, notifications, and reports. The Passenger App provides a company-branded mobile booking experience with route previews, saved locations and passengers, airport details, vehicle selection, extras, notes, promo codes, tips, saved payment methods, trip history, and account management.
Additional tools include dynamic fares, quote mode, live flight status, geo-fences, fare increases and decreases, taxes and fees, automatic tolls, TLC document checks, add-ons, promotional discounts, affiliate and driver communities, and operational reports.
