Yourganize isnโt just a to-do list. It helps you establish your life goals and work towards them by forming positive habits. And it helps you focus on what you want to be doing, one thing at a time.
Set up your life goals and create the habits that will help you achieve them. See your progress in stages with mini habit badges and focus your efforts on where you'd like to improve.
Add your projects, tasks and habits to the Yourganize Calendar or sync with Google Calendar to make use of Google reminders.
Create blocks of time for deep and concentrated work with no distractions and practically plan your habits into your week to increase the likelihood of achieving them.
Earn badges to celebrate your efforts as you complete tasks, repeat habits and achieve your goals. What will you achieve?

Currently, I use Things (https://culturedcode.com/things/) for tasks and Evernote for notes, and experimented with Freeform (I love the visual aspect and simplicity). At work, I've used Notion, Mural, Miro, LucidChart, Quip, and many other collaboration-based knowledge systems. I never researched the best of personal knowledge systems until now.
