TGDesk was born out of our own frustration. As a growing team, we were losing track of valuable leads scattered across dozens of personal Telegram accounts. We needed a centralized way to manage conversations, assign leads to reps, and automate outreach without constantly switching devices. We built TGDesk as an internal tool to solve this exact pain point. It transformed our sales pipeline so dramatically that we decided to refine it and launch it as a SaaS platform for the world.
