Not present

TenderStrike transforms the painful RFP grind into a repeatable, winning process. Every week, bid teams in finance, healthcare, energy, and construction receive 500-page tender packs loaded with hidden โ€œgotchasโ€ and tight deadlines. Our secure AI platform ingests those documents, surfaces the real risks, and drafts answers so you can submit bids in hoursโ€”not weeks.

How it works 1. Smart Import & Extraction โ€“ Drop any PDF bundle; TenderStrike auto-indexes sections, identifies mandatory requirements, and flags non-compliance. 2. Version Diff โ€“ When the issuer publishes revisions, side-by-side comparison highlights every new clause, insertion, or deletion. 3. Proposal-Drafting Assistant โ€“ Re-uses your approved answer blocks to build an 80 % complete draft tuned to the scoring rubric. 4. Secure by Design โ€“ EU hosting, single-tenant architecture, and encryption at rest/in transit ensure data never leaves your control.

Why teams choose TenderStrike โ€ข Proven accuracy on complex PDFsโ€”tables, multi-column text, even checkbox grids. โ€ข Double-digit win-rate uplift reported by early adopters. โ€ข No vendor lock-inโ€”export to Word, Excel, or your clientโ€™s template with one click.

Stop wrestling spreadsheets and spend that time shaping strategy. TenderStrike lets your experts do what they do best: craft compelling value, fast.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing TenderStrike and DEV.to.

What makes your product unique?

TenderStrike's answer

TenderStrike combines best-in-class PDF, Excel, Doc parsing (tables, checkboxes, multi-column layouts) with AI requirement extraction, live version diffing, and answer-block reuseโ€” all wrapped in strict EU-hosted data isolation. The result is a single workspace that flags risks, drafts compliant responses, and protects sensitive information in one flow.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

TenderStrike's answer

Unlike generic proposal tools, TenderStrike is purpose-built for cross-functional tender teams that juggle legal, financial, and technical inputs. It delivers higher parsing accuracy than Loopio or Sweetspot, preserves audit trails without extra plug-ins, and keeps every document inside a single-tenant EU cloud so compliance officersโ€”and customersโ€”sleep easier.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

TenderStrike's answer

Sales, legal, finance, and engineering leads who collaborate on complex RFPs in regulated or high-stakes industries such as finance, healthcare, energy, and infrastructure.

What's the story behind your product?

TenderStrike's answer

As regulated industries tightened compliance demands, tender packs ballooned into thousands of pages that legacy proposal tools simply couldnโ€™t parse. Bid teams were forced to juggle spreadsheets, email threads, and generic document editorsโ€”an unworkable, underserved pain point costing companies both time and revenue. Recognising this gap, we built TenderStrike as an AI-first, cloud-native platform purpose-designed to decode dense RFPs, surface critical risks, and automate compliant draft responses in one secure workspace.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

TenderStrike's answer

TenderStrike runs on an AI-first, cloud-native microservices stack that couples modern language models with secure, scalable APIs.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

TenderStrike's answer

e.g Top 5 EU construction firms

  1. It is a nice mini-blog, it's for free and such but

As a mini-blog, it is a nice alternative for Medium to publish and share information about programming.

However, the community and the organization are biased toward social justice (and they are open to it). You can read its Code of Conduct, it is so vague and politically leads (I prefer a term of service because it defines fair rules for everybody). So it alienates developers that we don't care about politics in pro of people that want to talk about any other topic such as sexuality, how women are unprivileged, and such. It even mandates to use inclusive language. Good grief.

My main complaint is the quality of the community. It is not StackOverflow (so we don't want to ask for an answer here), and most of the top topics are clickbait, such as "how to become a rockstar developer in ... days", "100 tips to become a better programmer" (and it doesn't even talk about programming).

Technically this "mini blog" site allows us to use markdown, and it is okay. However, the whole experience is really basic. Even the template is ugly.
