Teamwork
TrackPMTeamwork is recommended for small to medium-sized businesses, project managers, and teams that require detailed project tracking and collaboration features. It is particularly useful for agencies, remote teams, and those looking to integrate with existing tools to enhance efficiency.
TrackPM's answer:
TrackPM eliminates the chaos of juggling multiple subscriptions by combining project management (Kanban/Scrum), employee time tracking with screenshots, attendance, leave management, payroll, IT asset tracking, and secure AWS file storage into a single unified platform. Built specifically to fit modern work culture with flexible INR pricing, it replaces 4 to 5 disconnected tools with one seamless, cost-effective solution.
TrackPM's answer:
Unlike rigid enterprise giants like Jira (which require complex setup and expensive user fees) or Western tools priced in USD, TrackPM offers lightning-fast setup under 30 minutes, localized INR billing, and a powerful "Use and Pay" model. You get enterprise-grade features tailored for growing teams without the bloated overhead, steep learning curves, or administrative hassle.
TrackPM's answer:
TrackPM is built for growing IT companies, digital agencies, remote-first teams, and tech startups looking to streamline operations, track productivity transparently, and automate HR and project workflows. It is specifically optimized for organizations ranging from early-stage startups to mid-sized teams of up to 200 people who want high efficiency without enterprise complexity.
TrackPM's answer:
TrackPM was born out of a real-world frustration with the fragmented software stack modern teams are forced to use—juggling one tool for task boards, another for time tracking, a third for HR, and yet another for payroll. The creators built TrackPM to solve this exact pain point: a single, cohesive powerhouse designed to give managers total visibility while keeping teams focused on actual work.
TrackPM's answer:
TrackPM is built on scalable, enterprise-grade cloud architecture utilizing robust web frameworks and secure AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure. This ensures lightning-fast performance, real-time synchronization across remote devices, and bank-grade data encryption in transit and at rest.
TrackPM's answer:
Growing IT service providers and tech startups across major technology hubs
Remote and hybrid development teams scaling their daily agile operations
Digital marketing and creative agencies managing multi-client projects and billable hours
Worked in a fully remote and geographically distributed team of 35 people with my previous employer. Managed about 50 marketing projects of different size simultaneously.
I would recommend this app to any team that works mostly with marketing projects and needs different levels of client's and team members' access, it is also very convenient to store project info in threads and keep an eye on simultaneous processes and deadlines. Mobile app is cool.
Before Teamwork I worked with eXo Platform, Trello, Basecamp, Worksection.
Trackpm is a user friendly and project management platform payroll, Attendance and tracking etc. A great solution for business.

AirBnb wrote an article about why they moved away from RN, udacity wrote a post saying that it was the same for them, Netflix said they tested it early on but couldn't preform so they went native, teamwork.com re-wrote everything in native, notion started cross platform and is now going native, facebooks own messenger team refused to use RN for their re-write as they couldn't get the performance. I have spent (wasted...) way to many hours on finding a good solution for my team. The problem is I really love teamwork.com, it has the ability to sort "My tasks", and other views which are awesome. Most of our projects follow the same "path", so we need to make a documentation, send a quotation, write tasks for developers etc. that's why I would need a project template option, so I only have to write this one... Most products, including teamwork.com as far as I can see, have gone all SaaS, because subscription models are lucrative, whereas I'm looking for something that's available offline and backed up locally. Source: almost 4 years ago
Not 100% clear on the sequential or unique job IDs. But we recently switched to Teamwork and it's been pretty great. It looks like my projects, jobs and tasks all have unique IDs in the URL. It has a nice Gantt chart, subtasks on jobs, handles timesheets, invoices and overall pretty damn flexible. Source: over 4 years ago
