I don't think I have enough time to apply for the IRS IRIS application and get approved to receive a TCC number to e-file through IRIS (and I'd rather use a service anyway). Can anyone clarify if there is some sort of additional IRS issued key or number or something that or would need when getting set up in order to e-file for us which we wouldn't have because we've only ever paper filed? As long as your accounting software can export your contractor totals and you have their SSN or EINs, then just import that to tax1099.com and efile that. They also efile the 1096 which is the total the company paid to contractors. Source: about 3 years ago
But someone on here suggested tax1099.com. It only costs a few dollars, and seems like it works. Will this be OK? Source: over 3 years ago
Did anybody else receive a sketchy looking 1099 email from tax1099.com? The email says to open an attachment and enter a password and this just screams a scam to me. Wanted to double check if anybody else has gotten it and if it's legit. Source: over 3 years ago
There is a thread on this topic at r/tax. I switched from Intuit's 1099 e-file service to tax1099.com this year. The workflow at tax1099.com is a bit different, but I managed to get the job done. One advantage of tax1099.com is support for multiple payers with a single account. Source: over 3 years ago
Automated analysis tools: SonarQube, CodeClimate, and Codacy detect code-level debt automatically: cyclomatic complexity, code duplication, dependency staleness, and coverage gaps. Use tools like SonarQube or CodeClimate to spot the high-risk 20%. Then fix one thing at a time not everything at once. This isnโt Dark Souls. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
