There are developers, which is why they can run a runtime and read a mapping, but no integration team, so every vendor change competes with the product roadmap for the same people. Typically a shop wired into an ERP, a tax office, a fulfilment partner and a few marketing tools, or a product reselling a dozen vendor APIs behind one format of its own.

Neither helps with the adapter you had to write yourself, because the system on the other end is a customer's ERP or a partner's ordering API that nobody ships a connector for. I've tried tawk.to and created separate agent profiles for each dealer but I cannot find how to restrict access only to their listings so not everyone can join the others live chat as it happens atm. Okay. I have deleted my cookies and browsing data. That should be safe enough measure. right? Although I am unable to access tawk.to website now. Maybe they have blocked my IP or something. Source: over 3 years ago
I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best.
