Heya! I do a lot of this, doing BRRRRs in 2 markets out of state, and not visiting them (by design). 1. GC - first layer of management 2. This is essentially a watered down version of the "MVC" architecture. I use http lib of node for server and requests, cheerio for webscraping and Sendinblue for sending the emails and mongodb (atlas) for storing all of the data.
