TaskMelt turns mental chaos into clarity. Just talk โ€” no structure needed, no formatting required. Our AI listens to your brain dump and instantly organizes everything into clean, actionable lists.

How It Works

  1. Speak your mind โ€” open the app and say everything that's swirling in your head. Tasks, worries, random thoughts, half-formed ideas. Go on tangents. Circle back. It's all fine.
  2. AI organizes instantly โ€” intelligent categorization sorts everything by type, priority, and urgency. It understands context, detects deadlines, and handles the way ADHD brains actually think.
  3. Take action โ€” get clear, prioritized tasks with smart suggestions on what to tackle first.

Built for brains that move fast

Traditional productivity apps make you think about HOW to organize before you can even start. TaskMelt removes that barrier entirely. No categories to choose, no priority levels to assign, no overwhelming interfaces. Just you, your voice, and instant organization.

Key Features

  • Voice-first input โ€” speak naturally, AI handles the rest
  • Intelligent categorization โ€” automatic sorting by type and priority
  • Context understanding โ€” recognizes urgency, deadlines, and relationships between tasks
  • ADHD-friendly design โ€” minimal, calm interface that doesn't overwhelm
  • Private & secure โ€” your thoughts stay yours

Built by a solo developer with ADHD who couldn't find a productivity app that worked for her brain.

As a web application, TaskMelt can be accessed from any device with a browser, providing flexibility for users who work across multiple devices without needing to install separate apps.
  • Focused Productivity Tool
TaskMelt appears designed to help users stay focused on completing tasks rather than spending time configuring complex project management workflows, which is ideal for individual productivity.

Possible disadvantages of taskmelt

  • Limited Brand Recognition
TaskMelt is a relatively unknown tool in a crowded task management market dominated by established players like Todoist, Asana, and Trello, which may make users hesitant to adopt it.
  • Potentially Limited Features
Compared to more established task management platforms, TaskMelt may lack advanced features such as team collaboration tools, integrations with third-party apps, recurring tasks, or detailed reporting.
  • Uncertain Long-Term Viability
As a smaller or newer application, there may be concerns about the long-term sustainability and continued development of the platform, which could be a risk for users who invest time building their task lists there.
  • Limited Community and Support
With a smaller user base, TaskMelt likely has fewer community resources, tutorials, and support options compared to larger competitors, which could make troubleshooting or learning the tool more difficult.
  • Lack of Extensive Integrations
TaskMelt may not offer the wide range of integrations with other productivity tools, calendars, and communication platforms that more established task management solutions provide, limiting its fit in complex workflows.

The platform has fewer email templates compared to some of its competitors, which might limit design options for users who do not want to create templates from scratch.

MailerLite's list management and segmentation options, while functional, are not as advanced or flexible as some other platforms.
  • Reporting and Analytics
The reporting and analytics features, although adequate for many uses, are not as in-depth as those offered by more expensive email marketing platforms.
  • Learning Curve for Advanced Features
Users might find a learning curve when they try to utilize more advanced features like automation workflows, due to less comprehensive documentation.
  • Email Volume Limits

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing taskmelt and MailerLite.

What makes your product unique?

taskmelt's answer

  • Voice-first brain dump โ€” just talk, no structure needed. Say everything on your mind and AI organizes it
  • Built for ADHD & neurodivergent minds โ€” designed for brains that think faster than they can organize
  • Intelligent categorization โ€” AI automatically sorts tasks by type, priority, and urgency
  • Context understanding โ€” recognizes deadlines, relationships between tasks, and handles topic-switching gracefully
  • No formatting required โ€” no categories to choose, no priority levels to assign, no complicated interfaces
  • From chaos to clarity in 60 seconds โ€” speak your overwhelm, get organized actionable lists instantly

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

taskmelt's answer

Traditional productivity apps assume you already know what you need to do and just need a place to write it down. But for people with ADHD, anxiety, or chronic overwhelm, the problem isn't writing tasks โ€” it's untangling the mental chaos to figure out what the tasks even are.

TaskMelt is the only app that starts with a voice brain dump and ends with organized, prioritized action items. You don't choose categories. You don't assign priority levels. You just talk โ€” ramble, go on tangents, circle back โ€” and the AI sorts it all out. Other apps like Todoist, Things 3, or Notion require you to think about HOW to organize. TaskMelt just lets you think, period.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

taskmelt's answer

People with ADHD and neurodivergent minds who struggle with traditional productivity apps. Overwhelmed professionals whose mental to-do list is longer than their actual one. Parents juggling school runs, appointments, groceries, and work. Chronic overthinkers who need to get everything out of their head and into something actionable. Anyone whose brain moves too fast for conventional task managers.

What's the story behind your product?

taskmelt's answer

I have ADHD. Every productivity app I tried assumed my brain worked in neat, organized categories โ€” but it doesn't. My thoughts come in waves, tangents, and spirals. I'd open Todoist and freeze because I couldn't even figure out where to start organizing.

So I built TaskMelt for myself. An app where I could just open my mouth, dump everything out, and have AI do the organizing part my brain struggles with. Turns out a lot of people's brains work like mine. Built it as a solo developer from Tamil Nadu, India.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

taskmelt's answer

  • React Native โ€” cross-platform mobile framework
  • Expo โ€” development and deployment toolchain
  • TypeScript โ€” type-safe frontend logic
  • RevenueCat โ€” subscription management
  • AI/LLM APIs โ€” intelligent task extraction and categorization

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

taskmelt's answer

  • Individual users with ADHD seeking better task management
  • Overwhelmed professionals and parents
  • Neurodivergent community members
