Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Sysdig and Offload Security.

What makes your product unique?

Offload Security's answer:

Offload Security is a unified CNAPP and compliance platform — cloud security posture (AWS, GCP, Azure), application and container security, Kubernetes, attack path analysis, vulnerability management, and GRC in one product with a single data model. Two things set it apart: it deploys fully on-premises, so security findings and evidence never leave your environment; and it ships native DPDP Act and CERT-In breach-reporting for India, which global vendors treat as an afterthought. It's licensed as a platform, not per-developer seat or per-asset.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Offload Security's answer:

One platform replaces a stack of point tools (a CNAPP + a code scanner + a GRC tool) and the spreadsheet that glues them together — with one risk view and consolidated economics. Unlike SaaS-only competitors, Offload runs fully on-premises for data-sovereignty and regulated workloads. For Indian organizations, its dedicated DPDP Act and CERT-In module is coverage no major vendor matches. And it's built and supported by practitioners, so you never deploy alone.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Offload Security's answer:

Security, DevSecOps, GRC/compliance, cloud, and engineering leaders at cloud- and code-centric organizations — from fast-growing companies facing their first enterprise security review, through mid-market teams consolidating a sprawling tool stack, to regulated enterprises. Especially strong fit for BFSI and Indian organizations with DPDP Act obligations, and any team that needs its security data to stay in its own environment.

What's the story behind your product?

Offload Security's answer:

Offload Security began as a hands-on security practice — its founding team brings 30+ years of combined engineering experience, more than a decade of it in security (DevSecOps, SecOps, security engineering, application security). Running security and compliance programs for clients, they kept rebuilding the same missing thing: one place to see all their findings. So they productized it. The Offload Platform is that unified layer — built by practitioners who've sat on the customer's side of the audit.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Offload Security's answer:

A FastAPI (Python) backend, a React frontend, MongoDB for data, and Celery for asynchronous scan orchestration, containerized with Docker for both cloud and on-premises deployment.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Offload Security's answer:

Impulsive Web Clouds Analytics MockForMe Plant Quality AI CloudPositive
