Sync2Sheets was built specifically to sync Notion databases to Google Sheets. The add-on handles every different property type from Notion translating the format, options and more to Sheets. You can reorder columns, create new columns in between your data and the sync will continue working as expected.

I built a form-to-email service like Formspree or Getform. My API accepts form submissions from the client, parses the request with formidable, and then sends the fields via email to the user. The Gatsby docs do a pretty good job in explaining how to build a contact form and it provides options for form submissions.
