Swish⁽¹⁾ lets you drag the divider to resize multiple windows at once. BentoBox⁽²⁾ is inspired by Fancy Zones. Pretty cool, but nothing beats Swish if you're using a Macbook trackpad https://highlyopinionated.co/swish/. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
> That’s the idea behind the new PostHog.com. You can multitask, open a few articles simultaneously, and move them around as you please. No, I can't, because the way I please is to use Swish (https://highlyopinionated.co/swish/) to move windows around with trackpad gestures. Can't do that on your website. - Source: Hacker News / 12 months ago
Is it better than Swish? I recently discovered this and it's game changing https://highlyopinionated.co/swish/. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
Swish is the one that solved this problem for me. Feels similar to Loop and Penc, but is primarily trackpad-driven, but also customizable with modifier keys for additional functions. I wish it had more updates, but at least its core features have worked reliably. You don't even press the keyboard to start, but you position the mouse over the window's titlebar and just use two-finger swipes. The website's homepage... - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
I haven't done this course, but I have been programming with Javascript for about ~1.5years and can build things with React, the best course I found, and I bet it would translate to angular, is learnjavascript.online. Another resource that is good is http://csbin.io/ which is a codesmith platform. The former is more practical and will teach you prequisite concepts to use frameworks, the latter is more theoretical... Source: about 3 years ago
The Jad Joubran courses on the other hand really upped my skill level and helped me make the jump from passive learning, exercises and very small projects to making legitimate web apps. That was probably the biggest/scariest jump I've made in my learning journey, and without those courses and the hands-on skill checks and projects he makes you do, I wouldn't have gotten to where I am (which is close to finishing... Hi everyone! I'm in the very early stages of creating an interactive course and I would like to hear your thoughts on them. So far I've come across Scrimba and Jad Joubran's learn X series of sites (learnjavascript.online, learnhtmlcss.online, etc...). Has anyone completed any of them? Any there any others that you really like or would recommend? Source: about 3 years ago
Learnprogramming.online and learnjavascript.online (I haven't really looked at these too deeply yet, but someone just shared them with me and they look really cool!). Source: over 3 years ago
I am learning to code in Javascript using https://learnjavascript.online/ but am finding it a lonely experience. Hoping to jump in and learn with others as I go. Hope this question may help get things going. Source: over 3 years ago
