Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download. As the name of the service says it will work best with Laravel but it is not a problem to modify code from other frameworks to make it work the same way.
