SuperSaaS's answer

We like to compare ourselves to IKEA: Well-designed products that fit the needs of many and can be sold at a low price, because you do the assembling yourself. Which, in turn, leads to a better experience for you and your customers. We offer the features most people need, and we deliberately do not offer specialized features that few people need in order to reduce complexity and cost.

This is tricky to answer, because really any business or person that has a scheduling (or booking or reservation) need is our audience

We're pretty sure that the level of flexibility and customisation that we offer is unique. This means you don't have to change the way your company operates because the tool can be adapted to your workflow.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SuperSaaS's answer

SuperSaaS offers more functionality than other appointment scheduling systems, owing to the continuous improvements we’ve made based on customer feedback over the last 15 years. This ensures it can usually match your preferred workflow, instead of you having to shoehorn your business process into what the system can do. Our large scale also means we can spread our cost over many customers, which results in a better price.
