Pay-as-you-go coworking and coliving management software.

Bookings, billing, subscriptions, member and resident management, and access control. One platform. Live in 30 minutes.

Co-Desk replaces the stack most spaces stitch together (separate tools for reservations, recurring billing, door access, and resident lifecycle) with one system built on Stripe Connect. Every payment, subscription, and refund settles directly into the operator's own bank. Co-Desk never touches the money.

What's included:

  • Real-time bookings for desks, meeting rooms, bedrooms, and private offices, billed hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly
  • Dynamic pricing: tiered rates, volume discounts, seasonal windows, priority-ranked per resource
  • Coliving leases and recurring rent via Stripe Connect
  • Member, resident, and community management with self-service onboarding
  • Kisi and Brivo access control
  • Multi-location with central identity: one profile, shared credentials, unified billing
  • AI analytics for revenue, occupancy, and member growth
  • Open API, webhooks, and integrations with Stripe, Slack, Zapier, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, and more

Built for independent operators, not enterprise chains:

  • Coworking AND coliving, first-class. Most platforms in this category are coworking-only.
  • Same-day launch. No consultants, no migrations.
  • Stripe Connect. Operators own every transaction.
  • Pay-as-you-go pricing. 2.5% per transaction. No tiers, no add-ons, no contracts.

From one space to a multi-location portfolio, no platform change required. Custom plan available for operators who can't use Stripe or need fixed-fee contracts.

SuperCoder features and specs

  • Automated Coding Assistance
SuperCoder leverages AI agent capabilities to automate coding tasks, potentially speeding up development workflows by handling repetitive or boilerplate coding work.
  • Built on SuperAGI Framework
As an agent template within the SuperAGI ecosystem, it benefits from the underlying framework's infrastructure, tooling, and community support for autonomous agents.
  • Customizable Template
Being a template, it provides a starting point that developers can adapt and configure for their specific coding project needs rather than building an agent from scratch.
  • Open Source Nature
SuperAGI and its agent templates are typically open source, allowing developers to inspect, modify, and extend the code to fit their specific use cases without vendor lock-in.
  • Integration Potential
Being part of a broader agent ecosystem, SuperCoder can potentially integrate with other tools, APIs, and agents within the SuperAGI platform for more complex automated workflows.

Possible disadvantages of SuperCoder

  • Learning Curve
Users unfamiliar with the SuperAGI framework or agent-based architectures may face a steep learning curve to effectively configure and use SuperCoder for their projects.
  • Limited Documentation
As a relatively newer or niche tool, documentation and community resources may be less mature compared to more established coding assistants, making troubleshooting harder.
  • Dependency on SuperAGI Ecosystem
Being tied to the SuperAGI platform means users must adopt or work within that ecosystem, which could be a constraint if they prefer standalone tools.
  • Potential Reliability Issues
AI coding agents can sometimes produce inconsistent or incorrect code suggestions, requiring careful human review and validation before deployment.
  • Setup Complexity
Configuring an autonomous coding agent template may require more technical setup (API keys, environment configuration, model access) compared to simpler code completion tools.

Analysis of Co-Desk

Overall verdict

  • Co-Desk (co-desk.eu) appears to be a coworking/flexible office space platform offering shared workspaces, though as an AI I don't have verified real-time data or user reviews to fully confirm current service quality, pricing, or availability. Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing SuperCoder and Co-Desk.

What makes your product unique?

Co-Desk's answer:

Co-Desk is not just another coworking management tool, itโ€™s being built as infrastructure. Think less โ€œsoftware you useโ€ and more โ€œrails your space runs on.โ€ It combines operator management, billing, memberships, and payments in one place, with a long-term vision of connecting spaces into a global network where members can move between locations seamlessly.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Co-Desk's answer:

Existing tools are built for established, complex operators. Theyโ€™re expensive, heavy, and require significant setup. Co-Desk is built for operators launching or scaling their first space, simple to start, powerful as you grow, with AI-native automation and a pricing model that doesnโ€™t punish small operators.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Co-Desk's answer:

New and early-stage coworking and coliving operators. Founders launching their first flexible workspace who are overwhelmed by tools, donโ€™t have a technical team, and need one system that handles everything from day one.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Co-Desk's answer:

Co-Desk serves coworking and coliving operators across Europe, with early adopters based in Bulgaria and growing across the region. Customer references are available on request.โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹

What's the story behind your product?

Co-Desk's answer:

Co-Desk started in 2024 from a frustrating personal experience, not as an operator, but as a member. The founder tried to book a desk at a local coworking space and couldnโ€™t complete it due to a broken UX flow. After speaking with the operator about it, it became clear the problem wasnโ€™t just one bug but the entire tooling landscape was broken. Operators were stitching together enterprise platforms built for large chains, priced per seat, requiring weeks of onboarding. The answer became clear: build one system that actually works, for the operators who need it most.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Co-Desk's answer:

Co-Desk is built on modern, scalable web technologies with Stripe Connect at the core of the payments infrastructure. The platform also integrates AI capabilities for analytics, automation, and operational intelligence. It is API-first, supports third-party integrations via webhooks, and is designed for reliability, security, and long-term scalability across multiple locations.
