Supaorder is a white-label online ordering platform built for restaurants that want to own their customer relationship instead of renting it from a delivery marketplace.
Each restaurant gets its own branded iOS, Android and web ordering apps published under its own name. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per location with zero commission on orders and no cap on order volume, so the cost of the platform does not rise with the restaurant's success.
The platform includes two-way POS synchronisation with Clover, Square and Toast, a kitchen display system, a self-service kiosk, a POS register, a multi-tier loyalty engine, voucher campaigns and automatic dispatch to third-party delivery networks - as included capabilities rather than paid add-ons.
Supaorder is built and operated by Devkart Technologies LLP, which also runs SuperApp, a white-label multi-vertical marketplace platform.
Supaorder
SquareSquare is recommended for small to medium-sized businesses, especially in the retail, food and beverage, and service industries, who need a versatile and scalable payment processing and business management solution. It is particularly beneficial for those who prefer a cloud-based service with seamless integration across multiple devices.

Supaorder's answer
Supaorder is a white-label ordering platform, not a marketplace. The restaurant's own name is on the iOS app, the Android app and the web ordering page, and the customer relationship stays with the restaurant rather than with an aggregator. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per location with zero commission on orders and no cap on order volume, so the cost of the platform does not rise with the restaurant's success.
Supaorder's answer
Zero commission on every order and a flat monthly fee per location, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. Kitchen display, self-service kiosk, POS register, loyalty, vouchers and automatic dispatch to third-party delivery networks are included rather than paid add-ons. ChowNow and Olo are the alternatives most often compared.
Supaorder's answer
Independent restaurants and small to mid-sized multi-location groups, from a single site up to a few hundred locations, that already have a customer base and want to own the ordering relationship rather than rent it from a delivery marketplace. It fits operators taking a meaningful share of orders directly: takeaway, pickup, dine-in and their own delivery, with third-party networks used for overflow rather than as the main channel.
Supaorder's answer
Supaorder is built and operated by Devkart Technologies LLP, a remote-first product and engineering team that also runs SuperApp, a white-label multi-vertical marketplace platform. The two share one multi-tenant backend: SuperApp is for an operator launching a marketplace of many merchants, and Supaorder is the same ordering, POS, kitchen and loyalty stack pointed at a single restaurant brand instead. That is why a restaurant on Supaorder gets tooling usually built for aggregators, without joining one.
Supaorder's answer
TypeScript throughout. The customer, restaurant, kiosk, kitchen-display and POS apps are Angular with Ionic, packaged for iOS and Android with Capacitor and served on the web from the same codebase. The backend runs on Node.js as Firebase Cloud Functions with Firestore as the primary datastore, a separate Express service over MongoDB for reporting and analytics, and Redis for caching. Payments, messaging and mapping go through Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio and Google Maps.
