I could go on for hours troubleshooting if none of these work please consider any Linux based mining OS. HIVEOS I know used to come with like 3 free rigs, I've heard lately you get one, its easy to use, easy to setup and flash, all is controlled from a web page, I use SMOS simplemining.net works great and if your psu is the problem it will likely tell you depending on the miner you use, but whatever miner you use... I was using gminer through simplemining.net, I used to get errors on DAG generation on the problematic card on each rig. I've read up a bit and this seems to be a known issue for RTX 30xx series cards. Source: over 5 years ago
