I've used Stasher before to store my bag at the Premier Inn on York Place. It's just a couple of minutes walk from the main bus station, and was really easy to do - you book through Stasher, then go to the reception desk and show them your e-mail receipt. I've done similar moves in about 4 hours door-to-door. I also had everything packed up aside from things I'd already discussed having the movers handle/disassemble.
