Stacktune is a web application that enables producers, studios and musicians to manage, organize and collect feedback on their audio projects. And as comparing different mixes reliably often is a tedious task, we also automated aligning and level matching different files.
We've made it as easy as possible to grant users access to your project: New collaborators receive a link, which grants them instant access to the project without having to create an account or register first. In case you want additional security, you can also require users to create an account, before being able to redeem the invitation.

I use Puddletag . It bills itself as similar to MP3Tag, but it definitely has a search and replace tool which can be to specific tags recursively across directories. Source: about 5 years ago

EasyTag, PuddleTag, and MusicBrainz Picard are all good ones... EasyTag is probably the oldest, most common, and is in most distro's repos or thrid party add-on repose (also has a Nautilus compatible file manager extension). Source: over 5 years ago
