EVERYONE knows they are not to wake me unless I ask them to. It often gives me a migraine to be dragged out of deep sleep. If I have to be awake at a certain time I typically schedule myself to wake up from naps/nighttime sleep by using a sleepcycle estimator like https://sleepyti.me or an app like https://sleepcycle.com.
