Swift, TypeScript + Express, Supabase, StoreKit, CloudKit, etc.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

PhostWriter's answer:

N/A - looking for early feedback!

What makes your product unique?

PhostWriter's answer:

Most journaling apps assume you already want to sit down and write. PhostWriter is built for people who want to keep memories but struggle to start. You pick a day, choose the photos that matter, get a first draft, then edit it so it still feels personal. Itโ€™s less about replacing journaling and more about making it easier to actually happen.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

PhostWriter's answer:

Because most competitors are built for people who already like journaling. PhostWriter is built for people who want to keep memories but struggle to start.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

PhostWriter's answer:

PhostWriter is mainly for people who already take lots of photos and want to preserve memories from trips, weekends, family days, or busy periods, but donโ€™t want to write everything from scratch. They want the result of journaling more than the ritual of journaling.

What's the story behind your product?

PhostWriter's answer:

Iโ€™ve always liked the idea of journaling, but after coming back from a long holiday, I was dreading having to write it all out. I had loads of photos and all the memories were there, but turning that into a proper journal entry felt like too much effort. Thatโ€™s where PhostWriter came from: the idea of starting from the camera roll instead of a blank page, so journaling actually feels doable.
