Socyal was born from a simple observation: while workplaces were rapidly evolving, the tools to facilitate communication and feedback weren't keeping pace. We realized that many existing platforms either promoted one-sided feedback or didn't capture the nuance and depth of interpersonal workplace dynamics. The app has a unique "Collaborators" feature with associated insights about people's networks in the workspace, which is pretty interesting as it is completely transparent to everyone in the workspace and you can easily see who knows whom, and in what professional capacity they are related (mentors, managers, etc.).
They recently personalized added AI insights which almost writes out a recommendation or endorsement for you based on everything people have said about you (feedback and recognitions) and all your other reviews and assessments - this is really a SUPER COOL feature!
