Socyal was born from a simple observation: while workplaces were rapidly evolving, the tools to facilitate communication and feedback weren't keeping pace. We realized that many existing platforms either promoted one-sided feedback or didn't capture the nuance and depth of interpersonal workplace dynamics. They recently personalized added AI insights which almost writes out a recommendation or endorsement for you based on everything people have said about you (feedback and recognitions) and all your other reviews and assessments - this is really a SUPER COOL feature!
