HTMLCSS to Image API
ScreenshotAPI.net
SnapRender is a screenshot and web-capture API for developers. A single request turns any URL, raw HTML, or Markdown into a pixel-accurate PNG, JPEG, WebP, or PDF. Full-page capture up to 32,768px, named device presets, dark mode, custom viewports, element hiding, and configurable caching are standard, and ads and cookie-consent banners are removed automatically so captures come out clean. It is built for production integration: official Node.js, Python, and Go SDKs, a batch endpoint for up to 50 URLs per request, content extraction in six formats, signed URLs, webhooks, and header-based authentication. Teams use it for link previews and social cards, PDF and report generation, visual regression and deploy checks, thumbnails, and archiving. It also ships a hosted MCP server so AI agents can capture and read web pages as a native tool. Every feature is available on every plan, including a free tier.

SnappKit's answer
Vs. ScreenshotOne: 25-36% cheaper at every tier with more generous screenshot limits. Plus, we include screenshot caching they don't offer.
Vs. @vercel/og: Full CSS support including Grid, Flexbox, CSS variables, and custom WOFF2 fonts. No more fighting framework limitations.
Vs. DIY Puppeteer: No Chrome clusters to manage, no memory leaks to debug, no version updates to track.
Same enterprise-grade quality, better pricing, zero infrastructure headaches.

SnappKit's answer
SnappKit was born from frustration. After spending weeks wrestling with headless Chrome deployments, memory leaks, and scaling nightmares just to generate OG images, we realized there had to be a better way.
Existing screenshot APIs were either overpriced, missing critical features like proper CSS Grid support, or came with hidden infrastructure costs. So we built the API we wished existed: powerful enough for enterprise use cases, priced fairly for indie hackers, and simple enough to integrate in 5 minutes.
Today, SnappKit powers screenshot generation for developers who'd rather ship features than maintain browser clusters.
