  • Quitting cigarettes and I have the cravings then when I give in and smoke instead of the cravings I have immense guilt and shame instead about smoking.
    Nicotine is a bitch--getting sober from booze was so much easier and it's not easy! If you're really committed to quitting, it's not just about the drug, it requires behavioral changes. There are a lot of free resources that can help.... Source: over 4 years ago
