At my job we have sales members that represent certain products and our reception team takes our buyers through a series of questions to get them to the right sales team member. Flashcards/spaced repetition is a great way to get familiar with concepts and terms for memorization based subjects. Some apps like Remnote and Quizlet are great since they make you practice concepts you're less familiar with more often and concepts you're more familiar with more often.
