Opalstack provides a clean, modern, and intuitive web-based dashboard for managing sites, applications, databases, and email accounts, which is a significant improvement over older-style hosting control panels like cPanel.

The platform supports a wide variety of application types including WordPress, Django, Flask, Express, static sites, and more, allowing users to host diverse projects on a single account with easy deployment.
  • Reliable Infrastructure and Support

Possible disadvantages

  • Smaller Community and Ecosystem
Compared to major hosting providers like DigitalOcean, AWS, or even shared hosts like SiteGround, Opalstack has a smaller user base, which means fewer community tutorials, third-party guides, and forum discussions available for troubleshooting.
  • Limited Scalability Options
Opalstack is primarily a shared hosting provider, which means it may not be the best choice for high-traffic applications or projects that require rapid, on-demand scaling of resources like CPU, RAM, or storage.
  • Not Ideal for Beginners
While developer-friendly, Opalstack's approach can be intimidating for non-technical users. Setting up applications often requires familiarity with the command line and server configuration, which may not suit those looking for simple one-click solutions.
  • Limited Data Center Locations
Opalstack offers a relatively small number of data center locations compared to major cloud providers, which may result in higher latency for users targeting audiences in regions not well-served by the available server locations.
  • Fewer Managed Services and Add-ons
Unlike larger hosting platforms, Opalstack lacks a wide range of managed add-on services such as built-in CDN integration, managed backups with granular restore options, or one-click SSL management that more mainstream providers offer out of the box.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing SitesEzy.in and Opalstack.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SitesEzy.in's answer

Three reasons. First: India-native pricing — Pro at ₹999/mo versus $20-50/mo for Zoho/HubSpot, which is the same money but a much bigger headache. Second: AI ad generation that understands Indian property descriptions (Indian locality names, INR pricing, EMI angles) — generalist CRMs and AI tools fumble these. Third: native portal integrations with 99acres / MagicBricks / Housing.com — competitors expect you to manually copy leads or use Zapier.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

SitesEzy.in's answer

Next.js 14 with the App Router and React Server Components. TypeScript end-to-end. PostgreSQL on Neon. Hosted on Vercel. Payments via Razorpay (subscriptions + UPI AutoPay). AI generation via Google Gemini. Image hosting on Cloudinary. Transactional email through Resend. JWT auth with httpOnly cookies. Progressive Web App via service worker. UI built on shadcn/ui + Tailwind + Framer Motion.

What makes your product unique?

SitesEzy.in's answer

The only CRM that's purpose-built for Indian real estate agents end-to-end. AI generates Facebook & Instagram property ad copy in 30 seconds. Leads from 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com auto-import into one pipeline. Public listing pages share like product cards on WhatsApp. INR pricing with UPI AutoPay, and the interface ships in English, Hindi and Tamil. Most CRMs are built for US-style sales workflows — SitesEzy is built around how Indian agents actually close deals.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

SitesEzy.in's answer

Indian real estate professionals — solo brokers, small agencies of 2-10 agents, and independent dealers running property listings. Most of them are working across multiple portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, Facebook), spending evenings rewriting ad copy and weekends chasing leads on WhatsApp. SitesEzy is for that working agent — not for enterprise builders or large developers (yet).

What's the story behind your product?

SitesEzy.in's answer

SitesEzy started after watching a broker friend in Tamil Nadu lose an entire weekend to rewriting the same 2BHK listing for four different portals. He'd been doing this for years. The leads he generated were great, but the system underneath kept dropping them. So I spent 6 months building the CRM I wished he had — one that does the boring AI ad copy work, captures leads from every portal automatically, and runs on his phone. Built from Coimbatore for Indian agents first.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

SitesEzy.in's answer

Recently launched and actively onboarding the first wave of Indian real estate agents from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. We'll update this section as our early customers come on board publicly.
