Why not forget about Cloudflare and a VPN but get a 3 euro Hetzner server and install https://github.com/antoniomika/sish for dynamic DNS through SSH + Traefik with a DNS resolver and have yourself a wildcard certificate. For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption.
