It is. Most startups in the EU have to use more and more businesses in the EU. The selection is little, so way more changes to succeed if your EU based and serve both markets. Also, if you promote the other sites you have with ads to each other like I do then it works really well too. I am not a designer at all but create my own animated HTML5 ads to promote things and also sometime actually create the ads for the companies that buy space.
