SignNow
HypernotesHypernotes might be a bit more popular than SignNow. We know about 8 links to it since March 2021 and only 7 links to SignNow. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
If you need just that, then definitely signnow (signnow.com). Source: about 3 years ago
Signnow.com might work but they are not a document editor, strictly speaking (BUT amazing good for placing fillable fields! sic!). Source: about 3 years ago
It's just that Brendan guy (someone from your work, I guess?) is using signnow.com as their e-signature and doc preparation solution (just check the domain/site manually, it is completely safe). Source: over 3 years ago
If you only need to add several fillable fields and that's it -- I'd go either with signnow.com or with pdffiller.com (they look different but this is the same, US-based vendor). Source: over 3 years ago
If you need people's signatures on those forms, I'd say signnow.com (they also have an integration with pdffiller because of the same vendor, and it's pretty neat!). Source: over 3 years ago

Hi- I actually think the Zenkit suite may suite your needs. Checkout: - hypernotes (For personal use) - Zenkit base, projects, or to do. I think the task app is free. I remember trying out hypernotes and noticing that I could also include tasks from my task list. Source: about 4 years ago
I'm looking for a self-hosted software similar to zettelkasten or hypernotes are there any? Source: over 4 years ago
I've also used ZK notes, which is kind of like building your own wiki. I find it's really helpful for world-building. You can do it in Scrivener using Wiki Links (see page 209 in the Scrivener Manual) I've also used a cool free web app called HyperNotes for building a ZK Wiki. Source: over 4 years ago
