A modern alternative to Microsoft Spreadsheet Compare, xltrail, Synkronizer, and DiffEngineX. SheetDelta compares Excel workbooks locally (nothing uploaded) and highlights every change: cell values, formulas (word-level), VBA macros, and structure. Works as a free browser tool, a free Excel add-in, a cross-platform desktop app, a command line, and native git diff integration. Reads .xlsx, .xlsm, .xlsb, and legacy .xls.
