Good service with loads of countries to choose from, very inexpensive compared to other providers, I like that you pay as you go, no need for expensive subscriptions. If you need a proxy from time to time Asocks is the way to go. No captcha and fast servers. Highly recommend it.

Try using sheetdb.io - this app will handle your credentials in the background whereas you'll only need to disclose an endpoint in your script with an API key, but it's only to the particular spreadsheet to which you can set permission READ only, if you don't want to let others make any changes there.
